I’ve always thought that a cold beer and a hot fire are the only things that someone needs. Enjoying moments with friends and family and the ritual of preparing a meal over an open flame or coals connects us all.
I’ve traveled the world– we all barbecue no matter the country or culture. If I could travel back in time, we’d all be barbecuing no matter the era, country or culture. Over the centuries, we also discovered that a nice beverage should accompany the merriment, and we haven’t looked back since.
It’s not just about the end result, the process is what I enjoy most. I know there are many others out there just like me. My mission is simple: a modern take on timeless traditions for those of us still enamored with their simplicity.
